Luis and his team finished my basement and did a terrific job. They are all incredibly hardworking, honest and reliable. The communication from the beginning to end was impeccable. Luis made himself available when he wasn’t onsite and always checked in with me regularly to make sure we were on the same page and mutually understood everything that was being done and about to be done. I truly have never experienced this level of diligence, communication skills, attention to detail, and caring, when working with a contractor.
We added a second part to the project (flooring) once Luis was finishing up the first part (walls). A few days later, after they had already started and having told me from the start when they would be finished, I asked if he could try to finish it a few days earlier than I had originally agreed to. Luis’ team arrived early and stayed late the next few days and got it done ahead of schedule. Unbelievable!
Luis and his team were a pleasure to work with. I will use LGR for all of my future construction projects.

Luis and his team have been working on my house since 2014. There is nothing they can't do, they redid the whole basement, walls, plumbing, electrical, floors and bathroom were all done by Luis and his team, as you can see from the pictures that Luis does quality work. We are very please with the finished product. We continue to find projects for him to renovate in the house. Next project is a total remodel of our kitchen and Luis is the one we will contract this project to. Luis and his team are very reliable, dependable, clean and meticulous in finishing projects.
